Yeah, I saw this earlier this week. Unfortunately the first six weeks are just Power Ranger reruns but hopefully later they may show DBZ Kai. Or it could be as you have stated and the absence of Power Rangers on the main channel (hopefully) will lead to more airings and maybe new seasons of DBZ Kai.

Yeah I saw the advert for this yesterday. Hopefully this'll mean more room for Kai to air. I don't see why Kix would show non-stop power rangers on 2 different channels.

Also has anyone else heard about that vote for a show thing they're doing in the summer starting July 22nd? They're allowing you to vote for any of their shows on their site and whichever gets the most votes gets aired for a full 2 hours. So that would be a full 4 episodes of Kai if it came first. I've been on the site and so far there's nothing so I'm guessing we'll have to wait until the 22nd until we can vote. I think we should all take the time to vote for Kai. If it manages to win or even get a lot of votes then maybe Kix will see their way into licencing more episodes or at least bringing it back into the main weekly schedule for a start so it can get more viewers.

I'm not sure if this is just for a day, a week or all summer or what but it would be great if could get Kai to consistently win throughout and show Kix how popular the show can be.

Yeah, the advert showed a clip from the inro of DBZ Kai, so it presuambly will be available to vote for. As you can see here DBZ Kai should be an option. However the voting gimmick seems silly if not outright abusable since multiple votes can occur. And it's only for 30 days anyway, who knows what'll happen after that? The only thing that's worse is that apparently from the image in the link at least Power Rangers Operation Overdrive will be an option, seems dumb to do that and have it be broadcast on the new Kix Power channel.

Well I checked the schedule on the Kix website for the first week of summer and they have Kai back in the main schedule all week and even have a triple bill of it on weekends. If it does manage to win the vote thing then we'll be seeing a whole lot more of it too. Hopefully this is a sign that they're building up to show the Android saga. Fingers crossed.
