Your opinion on Dragon ball Evolution OST?
I think the movie was meh, but the soundtrack was great! I especially love the music for the final fight, fitted perfectly, the movie would have never be even close do decent if not for the music.

Like most people, I watched the film once and paid the music no mind. Even looking up the score to give it a listen would be an unfortunate reminder of what it's associated with.
"Those transformations insane,
They wanna turn up hours late and steal the show from the pros who had to die for the name." - Yamcha (DBWTF: Z-Rap 3)
"Over saturation is easy. Just drag the slider to the right and there you are: instant interest. And certainly, the majority of the public likes saturated color images. In fact, if you want to quickly create a popular image, simply over saturate the colors and increase the contrast. While you may not achieve a sophisticated image, you will achieve an image that will please a less demanding audience." - Alain Briot

I remember hearing a few of the tracks and they were decent. Brian Tyler is pretty good when it comes to music since his score for AVPR was the very few things that I liked about that terrible film. I also remember he admits that he is a fan of the franchise which is cool since it seems like it's rare to find Dragon Ball fans in Hollywood.

It's a decent score. A handful of reoccuring themes are established so it has some thematic depth, and there are a few stand out cues, especially the big climactic one for the final battle. All in all, it's a nice melodic soundtrack. Nothing astounding, but it's hardly one devoid of any merits and it's certainly better than a lot of your average scores we get these days which are just minimalistic ambient noise.
Brian Tyler is somewhat of a consistently decent film score composer himself. I was especially happy over his outstanding work for Iron Man 3 considering the previous two installments had pretty underwhelming scores.

Brian Tyler is a good composer, and you can see that in the soundtrack for DBE. Most scores tend to be pretty forgettable, but Tyler actually composed recurring motifs that make the score stand out. In terms of tracks, "Chasing Dragonballs" and "Body Work" are good standalone tracks, and the score as a whole is a great time killer to listen to. I actually heard the score before I saw the movie, which is probably why I like the movie a little bit more than the average fan.
