Kanzenshuu meet up at Otakon

Post by Hellspawn28 » Wed Aug 07, 2013 2:13 am

Sorry if this is too off topic, but anyone think a local Kanzenshuu meet up would be fun? Otakon this weekend and maybe someone can schudle a local hangout on Friday or Saturday.

I'd meet with Canadian Kanzenshuu members in my area if there are any.

I'm pretty sure that would just be everyone going to Mike's house, drinking beer and playing Super DBZ.

I tried to setup a meet up in NYC years ago but unfortunately because of the date and not being able to round up enough people, it didn't happen. I always wanted to try something like this again but next time I want to plan things ahead of time.

I'm so down for that. We should all crash VegettoEX's house. I'll bring the drinks and hentai!

This KanzenCon idea sounds awesome, especially since I don't get out much. But I have no idea how I would get to Mike's house.

Well, yeah. I just meant paying for a ticket for said plane, or anyway else.

There was a "Daizex" meetup a few years back, but IIRC it was in a bar in New York. Back then I was too far away and not of age. I may be down for a meetup this time if it were in a good locale.

If I had the money I would be down for a meet up for the Australian members. Though if I ever get to America a meet up would be fun.

Anyone in Maryland plan to see Battle of Gods soon? I will likely be going to the AMC Columbia 14 showing on Tuesday August 5th. I will also be at Otakon if anyone wants to do a meet up there.

Arundel Mills is closer to my house, so I'll probably go to that one.

EDIT: Confirmed, I bought my tickets for Arundel Mills for the Wednesday showing.
