Ignoring Piccolo because I count him as being around King Piccolo's YOUTH age due to the type of reincarnation he was. Which made him grow faster(MY opinion). From what we know Dende is was around Gohan's age. Seeing him look like a teenager after 7 years makes sense as well. His adult look in BoG and GT while not extremely different you can tell he looks more mature.
Seeing the Grand Elder(I named him Mike) was born somewhere in the Age of 200(s) and died around Namek Arc which was age 761 or 62. Can this me implied that all Namekians live to at least around that age? I have them being able to live 80 - 500 years old. Which seems fair yes? I think the GRand Elders live longer than most Namekians. However the Grand Elder we saw first. I think he died earlier due to given birth to a whole race again. Which is would increase the age expectancy by more unless we don't count outliners.

Re: Namekian Life Expectancy
Yeah, Namekians can live a long, long time. I think 80 is way too low even as a minimum; they've definitely got at least a hundreds-of-years lifespan on average from what we see in the series.
Kami and Piccolo Daimao were both split off from a Namek who was sent away at a young age during the same catastrophe that led to the Namekian population being so low and the one remaining elder making so many kids to repopulate the world. The original "nameless Namek" was apparently born in year 242 (if the Dragonball wiki has the right year) and Daimao didn't die until 753... meaning that the wrinkly old Daimao that we see before he restores his youth is 511 years old. Kami ends up living to be even older than that, though during the Saiyan saga he started to wonder if his lifespan was coming to an end (though, as he also mentions, it may have just been a premonition that he would die along with Piccolo in the upcoming fights... and we know that's what did happen, though both were wished back afterward.) So I guess it can be assumed that being a couple decades over 500 is considered very old (at least the equivalent of a human being in their 80s or 90s--past average lifespan, so dying is a very real possibility even if you're not quite to the absolute maximum the species can reach) for a Namek.
The Great Elder would be even older than that by the time he finally died, though, and that's with the possible shortening of lifespan caused by popping out so many little Namekian eggs factored in. So it's possible that some Namekians can live a good bit longer than 500 years if they don't do anything to shorten their lifespan. Kami and old Piccolo were in way better shape than Namek's Elder, after all, so it's possible that even though they had hit the age where their body was starting to grow weaker, they still could've squeezed out another couple hundred years before they'd be in really bad shape physically (like, "unable to move from your throne" bad shape) just due to age.
Slug also would've been older than nameless-Namek/Daimao/Kami, or at least the same age as them, and he was still in fighting shape (albeit weaker than in his prime) despite his age. Especially if you assume he was an adult already when he left Namek (does the Japanese version mention what age he was sent away at? I know he was living on Namek before the catastrophe hit and left during it in the Japanese version, but I don't remember ever seeing anything indicating how old he would've been at the time.)
So I'd figure the average natural Namekian lifespan might be more along the lines of 500ish, with their equivalent of a human living to 114 or 120 being a Namek who lives to 700-800 or so.
