It's called Dragon Ball Z 5 (C) in GoodNES nomenclature.
It's a DBZ-themed beat-em-up! (made by Nex Soft, some Chinese unlicensed game maker)
Some of the sprites can be a bit wierd (in fact, some of them look like Chinese warriors from the Han era or something), but it's playable.
I got it at Planet Emu. If nothing else, it'd be interesting to see you guys' take on this game.
I bet not many of you know about this unlicensed NES game...

So it's some bootleg, or "fangame," in other words, like the SNES junk sold on ebay.
