That huge poster with everyone... Again!

So I was studying this poster and wondering exactly who are we missing. It's been discussed before and all that people noticed was the ZTV cameraman from the Cell Games.

But not quite! I found many others. This poster tries to put every single character from the franchise up until the end of Z, passing through all the filler and movies, no one is too little to not be represented, including forms and different looks throughout the ages... or are they? These are the ones I've found so far, or rather... didn't find:

The biggest miss here in my opinion is Vegeta, for some reason they did not cover his later stages, but included the one from the very end of Z.

These are only minor in my opinion, but again, they were clearly trying to put everyone in, and there are a few blank gaps where everyone could fit.

I thought, what the hell, if you're putting everyone, might as well put EVERYONE. They strangely put in Hatchiyack in his powered up form, they could have put his base form instead, if they're going that route, might as well include all the characters. Ozotto had a model was designed for him before he was in the game. Kurilien was designed by Toriyama himself. I don't think anyone else from the games has that relevance.
I know games fall in a different category and that Hatchiyack is probably there simple has a nod to the animation, but still, why his powered up form? It was only used on the Playdia game and it was an alternate ending. It just seems like an odd choice to me.

Anyway, discuss, find more guys, yadda yadda :D

Which means, they did cover his early stages, like Saiyan and Namekian arcs and also his child stage.

Here I meant they included the one from the very end of Z, what you call "Uub saga".

And if you consult my list, you'll notice that it only has two entries for Vegeta:
Vegeta Cell Arc Super Saiyan Grade I
Majin Vegeta

I felt that these two would fairly represent both the looks of Vegeta during those arcs and also important stages of his life.

Do you understand now or should I try to explain further?

Not having Majin Vegeta is really the only heresy-level omission I can think of.
