The Original Saiyan Planet

So what happen to the original Planet and what do you think the original Planet is like? I recall the GT Perfect Files saying the Planet still exist, but what made the Saiyans want to leave the Planet. Saiyans look similar to Humans, so they must have evolved from similar species of Apes. I guess there Planet may have been similar to Earth and may have similar life to ours.

They probably killed everything of worth on their planet and had to relocate.

I always believe before King Vegeta was king, the original Planet had a king and King Vegeta took over. I guess he saw Planet Plant and choose to move there knowing that the Planet has very heavy gravity allowing them to breed stronger warriors.

There was a thread about this a while back and someone suggested that the saiyajin in the spaceship that landed on Planet Plant were criminals and that Planet Planet may have accidentally (or intentionally?) become Space Australia in a sort of way. That Planet Saiya still exists, but it's a way less violent/more civilized (domestic?) society than the warrior society King Vegeta ruled over on Planet Vegeta. (It would also explain why the saiyajin who landed on Plant were dressed in animal skins, but arrived in a technologically advanced spaceship. That clothing may have been prisoner outfits).

I also like to think the original Saiyan Planet was home to enormous food resources (think giant animals, giant fruit, giant vegetables, etc) to keep everyone fed.

If any Saiyans still exist on the original Planet then I wonder why they never show up. Maybe they found out Freeza destroyed Planet Vegeta and they were scared of Freeza finding out more Saiyans exist. Or maybe a natural disaster happen on the Planet which made everyone leave to another Planet.

I honestly believe theres still at least a few dozen Saiyans left at the least. How many Saiyans probably existed? A few hundred thousand at the least? Are we to believe Freeza got every single one besides the ones that have been shown?

Maybe it happened something similar to the space kids in the pre-Namek filler. Planet Saiya got attacked, and the survivors escaped the planet and landed to Planet Plant, while those that stayed in the planet got killed.

Hell, if we get another movie, have it set during that time period. Show the Saiyan homeworld, why and how they left, fill in the blanks in the Saiyan history.

Something was obviously on that Planet (reason why monkeys even had spaceship/s), or some turists made fatal mistake by arriving on wrong location.

Also it could be same thing like Raditz mentioned (exept this happens to Origin planet).

Some nearby aliens decided to help them avoid destruction and they left, or they killed them and when comet was aproaching (like movie's 8 gumori comet) they used spaceship/s and arrive on Planet plant...

The Saiyans we see in Bardock: The Father of Goku are likely Saiyans that fled their homeworld while the original Super Saiyan was destroying it.

When I hear Original Super Saiyan, for some reason I picture a SSJ4 who's mind has been overcome by the primal Oozaru state. Kinda like this drawing by Young Jijii

Listening to this podcast just now was surreal when they started discussing the God of the Saiyan world using a meteorite to destroy planet Vegeta. Which with the new information we have would just be Bills(the actual god) directing Frieza to send the Metorite(Ki Blast).

I love that design and I always view it as my personal SSj5 since I'm sick of the gold/silver SSj5 that exist for the past decade.
