What I mean is, does anyone know of any songs that use either that kind of drumbeat or similar? Preferably without much else playing?
Does anyone know where to find the bass in this song?

That's actually one of my pieces. The "bass" is really just a tympani and some basses playing the same note over and overFionordequester wrote:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rWUGum12jh8 (Goku "Dies" On Planet Namek)

I see. Well, I know that you're not allowed to reveal trade secrets, so I won't ask the exact notes or anything. But if you could tell me which pieces you know of that have similar instruments, I actually might be able to pull some magic off with Audacity and create a better version of this song than what CoyCoy got. Heck, I'm actually also working on an extension to this song at 0:47-1:11. So far, the ideas I've come up with are...
At the start: The same as 0:59-1:11
2nd part of the song after 12 seconds: Same as the above, except this time with a choir playing, and maybe some added bass (I've actually almost completed this part by ripping and editing one of the choir parts in "Frieza Begs" to only have one long choir stream, pasting two copies of that on different stereo tracks, and then pitching them up and/or down and having the two tracks fading in and out as needed!)
3rd part of the song: I'm thinking something repetitive, using sort of the same melody but using the low bass sound used here...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HM_--31p_44
Climax of the song: Something preferably using the same bass instrument as the 3rd part, but using a melody heavily inspired by this song here...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iz_9RHFnoSs
Of course, the specific instrument I'M wondering about here is simply to get a better quality version of what CoyCoy ripped, which, may or may not be possible, but I'll be darned if I don't try. Heck, maybe slowing down some of the beats in this song...

Is just what I need...though then again, maybe not. Still, it really can't be overstated just how much I love the Team Faulconer score
