What is going on with the music here? (Latino Kai Ep.62&63)

What is going on with the Kikuchi music in episodes 62 & 63 of the Latino Dub of DBZ Kai?
Despite the fact that the music is not the official Kikuchi Kai music, it gets kinda unfitted in some points.
Does anyone know what was the idea behind this?
