Our very own SpaceKappa made a video review of the entire Super Butōden trilogy for the Super Famicom on his gaming review channel, The Backlog.

If you're considering owning this trilogy for your SNES/SFC, then I recommend taking a look at his informative review.
(It's also great to see a Youtube video where both the names are said correctly and the focus is on the Japanese version)

Awesome production quality.
Really, really enjoyed it! Informative, entertaining and the focus on the Japanese terminology was nice and appropriate.

Very well done and informative! They definitely look like a lot of fun. I'll definitely keep an eye out for these games.

Really enjoyed this. Seemed much more in-depth than ProJared's effort (although ProJared did cover every DBZ game instead of just three). I appreciate the use of Japanese terms rather than dub terms, but his pronunciation of Goku (Goe-KOOH instead of Goe-koo) and Piccolo (Pee-kuh-loe instead of Pih-kuh-loe) sound forced.

I always loved these games. I used to play it with my brother and friend all the time. None of the DBZ games that came out later could match them. Except maybe Hyper Dimension, which was from the same era.
