Hidden stage in JPN Budokai 2?

From what I understand, there's a hidden stage in the Japanese version of Budokai 2(I think it's just called Dragon Ball Z 2 over there). Apparently, it had something to do with the Neko Majin characters, as well as Kuriza. Alas, I guess it was removed from the NA version.

However, when I tried searching for more information about the stage, I got nothing. What do you guys know about said stage? What does it look like, what characters do you use, how do you actually get to said stage, ect?

It's not that it was "removed" from the international versions, it's that the Japanese version of the game came a few months later and had it added in!

If I remember correctly, it's an extra stage in the Dragon World single-player mode. Onio's on the map somewhere, right? Kuriza is also an extra costume/color for Freeza:

That's right, it's hard to remember that the Budokai games came out last in Japan. So naturally, they add new features in.

Budokai 2 (JP) also had a secret re-release that was given out to a rare selection (like 1000) of members who subscribed to a mag.

Huh, that's very interesting stuff! Is there anything more you guys can tell me about the stage itself? All I'm aware is that you fight Kuriza(or as VegettoEX pointed out, basically Freeza), I just don't know with who or how it looks otherwise.

Hmm, judging from those videos, Coola also appears in that version. Is he also in the regular version of JPN Budokai 2, or just that 2 V one?

Nope, Coola and the V-Jump stage are exclusive to Dragon Ball Z 2 V.

Online auctions. You can still see it in Yahoo Auctions every now and then.

I don't think it was ever uploaded on Youtube. I seen the game go over $200 on Ebay before, so the chances of someone having the money to buy it and upload clips from it is unlikely for now.

Yeah, collectors don't tend to have capture devices around that's more of what Let's Play YouTube users do.

Although AVGN does but he wanted to always be a filmmaker and YouTube sort of gave that to him.

Kind of related but there's an unused Kami's Lookout on Burst Limit. Outside of the ending scene.

There's even the movie file for the little rectangles with the "looking around the stage" things in in stage select.
