The form rules are not clear about this. Illegle as
Anyway I just found out one of my post was removed by one of the Administrators.

Please review the forum rules.

The Form rules is very clear that its against illegal scanlations of the manga. Which only brings more questions than answers for me.

Here are my doubts :-

1.Am i/we not allowed to post manga scans !?... from MANGA SITES like mangafox.com (etc..) and GOOGLE IMAGES .

2.Are we not allowed to post FAN MADE edited manga scans .(example: merging 3Manga pics in 1 and editing it with other unrelated pics).

3.If so can we post images from the anime.
(like screen captured image)

4.Web Links to a manga source... I don't really get that point made by VegettoEX ...there is no way to know which sites are bootleg ones on the net,
Is there a specific list of websites that we are allowed to link to!?

5.Can we post links to reputed manga/anime websites.

It's very easy to tell which sites are legit, and I have a hard time understanding/believing how anyone could not tell the difference.

Is it an English translation of the manga? Is it online and not behind a paywall?

It's illegal.

As far as I'm aware, Viz is the only company legally licensed to release the Dragon Ball manga in English throughout the entire world. Their digital release is pay-only, and can only be viewed within their proprietary mobile app and/or their own website (not to mention their print edition on dead trees, of course!).

We recognize and understand that sometimes people wish to use imagery from the manga to back up points in their conversation, etc. We generally don't have a huge problem with that, provided it's a short snippet and NOT an illegal scanlation. Furthermore, it's also partially why the "Strength Checker" was created - to provide definitive information about those types of statements without having to resort to mis-translations and illegal material.

Basically, every single site that offers manga for viewing is illegal. You can't link them. We don't support that. At all.
