I've read that it will feature Gine, and there is an image of a little Goku in Saiyan armor (which seems contradictory to me).

No, Jaco takes place within Toriyama's personal manga continuity, consisting of at least Jaco the Galactic Patrolman, Dragon Ball, Heya! Son Goku and Friends Return, and Battle of Gods.

There are no contradictions with Tights and toddler Goku in regards to this continuity. Tights apparently spends almost all of her time on the island that serves as the setting for most of Jaco because she doesn't like living the spoiled life, thus she doesn't see her family much. Planet Vegeta is destroyed two years later than in the anime and so Goku is sent out in AGE 739 instead of AGE 737. We never actually see how old Goku was when he arrived in the manga, we have some images of baby Goku, but they are all in thought bubbles of people who weren't there when he landed (Raditz and Kame'sennin).

My guess is that it'll probably be an adaption of the when Gokuu leaves for Earth. We'll see Bardock, Gine and probably not Radditz because he hasn't been thrown a bone in 20+ years.

I don't think Raditz will be featured because it would be kind of depressing to paint him in a positive light after he was killed and not revived or given a second chance...

Whether for the better or worse, he's still their own blood and Son's brother. It'd be nice to see the whole family together.

Tullece isn't Goku's brother and hopefully everyone knows (outside Kanz) it regardless of what some dubs claimed him to be.

I think he will. I think if it's gonna be entirely about Goku's family, than it wouldn't make sense not to have Raditz.

That's what I was talking about. Even without thinking about the anime, I always thought that, if the last image of Goku Raditz could think of was of him as a baby, then he had been sent as a baby.

Or Raditz was sent off while Goku was only a baby, and that was the only time he had seen his brother. We don't know how strong or old Raditz would have been at that time. It's possible he could have been on one of those multi-year "eventually you'll eradicate the planet" missions too.
