So throughout Dragon Ball, there have been a lot of powerful blows thrown around. Rib shaking kicks, bone breaking punches and senses shattering head-butts. One move comes to mind as something special though: the gut shot. Goku versus Recoome, Gohan when he made Cell's eyes bug out, and a few more examples from these two like Napa and Super Buu. Now, as fellow fans, I'd like to hear your thoughts on who had the best gut shots out of these two and why. If you have a different name to throw up though, then by all means throw it up!
For now I think Gohan giving Cell battle bulimia is my favorite, to read or watch.

Goku ramming his entire body through Piccolo Daimao was technically a Kamehameha propelled gut punch that he just totally followed through with.

Vegeta. He punched Zarbon so hard he jammed his fist in Zarbon's stomach, then fired a ki blast with his hand still in there.
Just between these two: Goku, definitely Goku. Using himself as a bullet and ramming through Daimao's chest was technically a gut shot, and one of the coolest deaths in the history of fiction.
Counting movies, we also have Goku making Broly and Hildegarn explode with gut punches, kneeing Cooler in the gut (though that was laughed off), Gohan impaling Bojack on his arm, and Gohan punching Freeza hard enough to both impale him AND make him explode.

That second where it's gohans fist basically reshaping Frieza's insides before asploding him is the best! It's a mixture of the piercing and the controlled hard hook to the gut

Goku's blow on Freeza made Freeza fall to his knees.
Gohan's caused Cell to vomit 18 and revert to his second form.
Trunks's killed Gokua
Gohan's essentially killed Bojack
Kid Goku's killed Piccolo Daimao
None of the blows during Piccolo's and 17's exchange turned the battle in either of their favor. Dont get me wrong its one of the best fights in the franchise but it didnt turn the fight around or end it.
