Could Goku use instant transmission in the ROSAT?

If so, hypothetically couldn't he train in there for as long as he wanted and use the IT to escape the whole two day limit problem?

Goku needs to sense someone's ki in order to teleport. The Room of Spirit and Time is, supposedly, completely cut off from the outside world. So he wouldn't be able to "lock on" to anyone to get out that way.

Hmm...would there be an exception if he were to be able to scream and rip a hole in-between the dimensions like Super Boo, and Gotenks and Piccolo did? I mean, at that point I suppose even if it didn't, he could get out of the hole and then use it once back on the Lookout, but still.

Well IIRC Goku wasn't able to sense ki inside the ROSAT so Elder Kaioshin had to show him what was going on in there with his crystal ball.

Elder Kaioshin didn't materialize the crystal ball until Super Buu broke out of the RoSaT, but otherwise you're right.
