Adult Goku can still be voiced by Sean Schemmel (he did work at 4Kids)
Adult Gohan - David Wills

Kid Gohan - Tara Jayne (She did great kid voices. Some variation of Ritchie or Mokuba could work with good direction.)
Vegeta - Dan Green (He's good with deep voices. I'd be okay with this if it's not a repeat of Knuckles or Yami Yugi.)
Tien - Greg Abbey
Android 17 - Ted Lewis
Android 18 - Megan Hollingshead (Has the perfect "sexy" tone to match this character.)
Yamcha - Sam Riegel
Master Roshi - Stuart Zagnit (Could be a near perfect voice match if directed right.)
Bulma - Rachael Lillis
Chi-Chi - Veronica Taylor (She'd be a great match if her female roles in 4Kids-dubbed Pokemon are anything to go by.)
Krillin - Wayne Grayson (A modified Michaelangelo voice could work for him, I think.)
Cell - Eric Stuart
Frieza - Marc Thompson
Piccolo - Darren Dunstan
Trunks - Michael Sinterniklaas
King Kai - anybody else

Hard to say on most of them, since some of them have incredible ranges. Eric Stuart and Ted Lewis in particular have many roles where one wouldn't be able to tell they're the same voice.

This cast would be pretty cool. The voice actors from the New York pool are some talented people. I think since most of them work for 4kids people just assume they stink. But a lot of these guys have incredible range. Marc Thompson as Frieza is something I must hear now. Michael Sinterniklaas as Trunks sounds good, heck I wanna hear most of these guys lol Marc Diraison would also make a good Piccolo. He voiced Guts in Berserk and Zoro in One Piece.

I dont know off the top of my head but a lot of the One Piece and Yugioh Actors would be pretty damn good in speculation.

Vegeta - Dan Green (He's good with deep voices. I'd be okay with this if it's not a repeat of Knuckles or Yami Yugi.

I wouldnt put him as Vegeta. Dan Green can sound really throaty at times when he does voices like Knuckles and Vegeta isnt supposed to have a raspy-ogre tone. Thats the thing I really hated about the Remastered Dub of DBZ.

Michael Alston Baley - Piccolo

Dan Green - King Vegeta or Bardock

David Wills - Nappa

Ted Lewis / Andrew Rannells - Freeza

Amy Birnbaum - Bulma / Teen Gohan

Greg Abbey - Tenshinhan or Yamcha

Marc Diraison - Tenshinhan

Eric Stuart - Vegeta

David Wills - Raditz

It actually sucks that none of them were picked up by Funimation or Viz because I would argue that they have a lot more range than most of their actors, especially Funimation. Daemon Clarke, Kent Williams, Justin Cook and Chris Sabat are probably their bests in a handful.
