Did Q Tec help with the budokai hd collection?

Did Q Tec help with the budokai hd collection?

I just finished the story for Budokai 1 and in the credits it showed Q Tec. Did they have any hand in the hd collection?

They're given a special thanks mention in the credits. Unless someone involved with this release's production speaks about, we'll probably never know why.

I was just curious as to why they were given a special thanks maybe they did at least help with Budokai 1 it my be my tv but the color pallet reminded me of kai
