Xenoverse Special Battle Quotes/Interactions: Any good ones?

So like previous DB games, looks like Xenoverse has Special Pre Battle/Intro quotes between characters. In VS mode.

Anyone who has the Japanese version of Xenoverse willing to

1. Mention which characters(from your findings) seem to have Special Quotes between each other

2. Mention what they say, if you understand what they are saying.


To start off, from what i've noticed , VS matches between

Goku VS Frieza

Omega Shenron vs SSJ4 Gogeta

Broly vs Goku


seem to have unique intro quotes. Any other ones you guys noticed?(like with BoG VS GT characters, Quotes you never expected between certain characters, funny quotes, etc)

Adult Gohan and SSJG Goku

Krillin and Goku

It's too many really. You just have to know the actual dbz storyline to figure which ones would take place.

Freeza arc Gokû was all 'Vegeta, that form?!' confused about when I had ssj4 Vegeta on my parallel quest team and Vegeta was all 'stronger than you now, Kakarrotto' but phrased differently than that.

Whis vs. Frieza

Beerus says he has heard Buu was quite rowdy back in the day and Whis talks to Frieza as though knows him to which Frieza angrily replues, "Don't act like you know me..."

Not much of an interaction but during the "Super Saiyan Legend" Parallel Quest Freeza screams "That hurt..... THAT REALLY HHUUURRRTTT!" which I find hysterical.

Bardock: I think I just came across a huge monster

Broly: Me..a Monster? No I am a Devil


If you put them up in Regular VS Mode, Broly says the same thing, but Bardocks quote is generic.

Like the 2nd poster said, there is quite A LOT more than listed in this thread. Hell, there is even a Special interaction that Demigra has with GT Kid Goku, Kid Trunks, and a few others if you use Demigra in Parallel Quests. That's of course, if you use the PC mod that makes Demigra Playable.

Thank you. Little disappointed, though. Xenoverse has the most interesting quotes of all games and yet, they came up with the generic lines from the previous games.

I'm actually surprised he doesn't do his usual "Kakarot!" scream considering it's a kid Goku, and we all know how Broli treats kids. Still, this got me laughing. That and his reaction to Gotenks.

Broli: What? Who are you? (bonus points for Gotenks acting like a gangster in this exchange).

The only God who seems to respond back is SSGod Goku, to which he says "Yeah, I think so to".

Note: You'll only hear Goku say something special to Vegito in the parallel quests. I had to do 3 Vegito's vs SS God Goku(in that special PQ with him) in order to trigger the response. For this video, I just copied the sound file from when he said it in the PQ, and pasted it in the video here when I was doing the editing.


The interactions in VS mode are generally the same like when you do PQ quests with certain characters. If you have any other questions as to who else has a special quote with who, I can likely answer, since i've been compiling some of the quotes

For me, there are a lot of quotes I would like to know, but I'm reluctant to do so, not wanting to bother anyone with this, but it seems I won't have Xenoverse for a while.

Alright, I just checked. My findings:

Bardock and Goku

Goku:

"You look just like me. Oolong is that you? Did you shapshift?"

Bardock:
" Kakarot is that you?"

" Puar(I think?) ? Oh I see. You've grown big Kakarot"


Bardock and SSG Goku don't have any special quotes with each other. Likewise, neither Beerus or Whis say anything special to Bardock. And Bardock says nothing special to them

-Haven't heard Bardock say anything else special to Broly

For Bardock and Frieza

Bardock to all Versions of Frieza

"Frieza, I will never forgive you!"

"So that's your true form. Frieza!"

1st Form Frieza:

" I will kill every remaining saiyan"

*Laughs a bit* "All Saiyans must die."

4th Form Frieza: *Laughs a bit* All Saiyans must die.

100% Frieza:

"All Big Talk and nothing else. I will shut you up immediately. "


Haven't heard anything really different from the third costume of Bardock compared to the first one .
