Oh I think I just found a new favourite track!

Been watching DBZ Kai for the first time and I think it's time that Falconer's SSJ3 Theme moves over as my favourite DBZ track for this piece of audio goodness.

Ironically the reason it took me so long to watch Kai was because I didn't think it'd be as good without the Faulconer score and well it isn't but the soundtrack has been much better than I expected.

I was very disappointed to hear that they went back to the original soundtrack though after the Frieza saga.

Yeah the Yamamoto score is awesome! But did you know that his score was actually present up to episode 95 in the original Japanese broadcast version?

You may be interested in checking out SuperSaiyanHedgehog's "Yamamoto Revival" thread where he remixes the English dub of Kai with the Yamamoto music as it was intended for episodes 53-95 and then makes his own selections for 96-98: http://www.kanzenshuu.com/forum/viewtop ... =6&t=27787

Yeah I knew it ran all the way through in Japan but then they changed it afterwards. I didn't know about that link though, that's very interesting indeed and I'm gonna see about downloading that if I can.

Well here's a question. Do you like Dan Dan from GT's opening as well?

That's precisely why ordinary men pursue the concept of perfection, it's infatuation. But ultimately I have to ask myself "What is the true meaning of being perfect?" and the answer I came up with was nothing. Not one thing. The truth of the matter is I despise perfection! If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! Scientist's agonize over the attempt to achieve perfection! That's the kind of creatures we are! We take joy in trying to exceed our grasp, in trying to reach for something that in the end, we have to admit may in fact be unreachable!"

I do actually. As far as intros go

Rock the Dragon > Dragon Soul > Dan Dan > Head Cha Cha

Don't care for the rest.
