Can some explain to me what I just watched?

I am so confused by what I just saw. I don't know if it was a dragon ball z movie or an OVA.

Well...I'll try to explain parts of it...

Popo comes to talk to Goku about something (no subtitles).
Then I skip far ahead.
Frieza confronts SSJ Goku, SSJ Vegeta, SSJ Trunks, SSJ Gohan, and Piccolo... he lifts up his finger and magically... Turles, Lord Slug, and Cooler appear... then I stopped watching.

BUT IS THIS ONE OF THE OVAs?

Please help me.
