Also, he has no eyebrows like SS3, but that could also just be a Baby trait. I personally think it's Baby pushing Vegeta's body to a pseudo-Super Saiyan 3 like form. That's how I view all of his forms, the same boost as other Super Saiyan forms.

That Perfect File entry is likely pertaining to appearance primarily. It would make more sense for 'Super Baby Vegeta 2' to be Baby utilizing Vegeta's Super Saiyan 2 form.

Seems more like Super Saiyan 3 to me. After he gets taken over by Bebi, he gains the red lines on his face while retaining his black hair for a minute or so before Vegeta tries to struggle for control again. Bebi finally wins out for good and transforms into a Super Saiyan and gains the white hair. The subsequent forms he gains after taking the energy from everyone else while fighting Goku line up more with SS2 and SS3 IMO.

Quite possible, and I can't disagree with that explanation.

I find the entire situation strange, as I don't see why gaining power would cause Baby to go through a physical transformation.
