Why isn't DragonBall's Saga of Goku uncut in America yet?

Why isn't DragonBall's Saga of Goku uncut in America yet?

I just went into my favourite dvd store and picked up the Saga of Goku uncut+Japanese+The blood rubies movie. (one set)
When I looked it up at Madman I saw that it was already out for quite a while so how come Funi hasn't given it a uncut Japanese release?
Jord doesn't have a avatar because the combination of Jord and a equally cool avatar would cause the universe to implode.
