No, there is no announcement. This stuff is generally not translated/localized.

I was literally looking at this book yesterday, thinking to myself "I wonder if I should buy this, and then try to translate what I can for the rest if the forums". I think I may just go ahead and try.
Also, VegettoEX: If I were to try to go at this, would I be able to make a thread or something with what I have? It wouldn't be an absolute translation, but it would be me taking what I know, and researching more, etc. But yeah, would this be cool??
