So, my Male Saiyan is Level 81 right now, and I want a build for what he'd be best at. I need equipment and skill set details, so I can put that on my character. Here are his attributes:
Max Health: 20
Max Ki: 60
Max Stamina: 40
Basic Attacks: 40
Strike Supers: 20
Ki Blast Supers: 60
Please help!

Wish to Shenron to reset your stats. Dont even both with Ki supers and turn your focus to basic attack, melee supers, health, and stamina. Male Saiyans have some of the weakest ki supers in the game so you kinda shot yourself in the foot putting a focus on them and ki.
