First thought: "This sounds very Kikuchi". It honestly wouldn't surprise me if the person who composed this track was, even if a tiny bit, inspired by Kikuchi's work.
Then it got me thinking. Are there any other composers who have composed something that sounds similar in style to Kikuchi? If so, I'd like to hear about them and any link to their work.

You may not believe this, but there is a bit of the American Garlic Jr theme that was meant to sound vaguely like Kikuchi's music.

The first part of this, done for a comedic section in a fandub, was a nod to Kikuchi though the score was supposed to be in strictly Faulconer style.

I did this as an attempt to do something more serious, inspired by Kikuchi but removing the elements I found to be silly or old fashioned. The result was cool looking back, but at the time I didn't think it was compelling enough to finish
