Would Radditz hate King Piccolo if he killed Goku?

Let's say King Piccolo actually succeeded in killing Goku (in either their first fight when Goku actually did lost to King Piccolo, or the second fight when Goku won), and then of course years later...Radditz comes to Earth as usual looking for Kakarot.

But he can't find him and discovers King Piccolo rules the planet. Do you think Radditz would hate King Piccolo and kill him?

He never really cared about Goku, so I doubt he'd kill Piccolo to avenge him. He'd probably kill Piccolo anyway for fun or to show how strong he is.

Honestly,I think Raditz is one of DB's biggest lost opportunities. Goku's always making villains into friends, and his own brother barely gets a chance?

I actually do think he would be, at least, angry with Piccolo. He only seemed to grow sour against Goku after his offer was rejected.

In my headcanon, Raditz takes after Gine while Goku takes after Bardock. Explaining why Goku loves fighting even more than the typical Saiyan, it's because Bardock was such a badass killing machine. Meanwhile Raditz actually had the potential to be gentle and kind, but the pressures of Saiyan society + being left alone after the destruction of his planet (he loved his parents) with Vegeta and Nappa being his only company, both of whom constantly mock and ridicule him, all of it had a strong effect on Raditz's personality. I imagine he was very excited to be reunited with his brother while heading to Earth, and as said above, he only became sour with Goku AFTER Goku rejected him. I imagine the sadistic decision to kill his brother was just Vegeta's influence on him, he didn't like the decision himself but subconsciously he is always saying to himself "what would Prince Vegeta do?"

So I like to imagine that if he found some weak Namekian who had killed his brother as a child, he would be enraged.

Raditz ultimately never gave a shit about Goku he wouldn't have avenged him. He would have just continued his job and exterminated all life on the planet like he was instructed to do.
