Beerus' planet

Where exactly is it located in the universe (Living Realm)?

Do you think Beerus lives in the Living Realm all because of his duties? It's kinda odd he lives there instead of the afterlife.

Look at the sky; it's obviously in some place other than a physical planet, beign orbited with small planets and placed in a vague clouding surrounds.

It's... somewhere within either the mortal universe, the Other World, or some other dimension.

We know that it is an equal distance from Earth that the Kai planet is, both of which are much farther from Earth than King Kai's planet is from Namek, because Goku could IT to Namek from King Kai but could not sense Earth from either of the previous two locations.
