I just prefer to think of them as mobile with all 12 "globes" dangling down. I suppose with the latest revelation, perhaps the twin/paired universes could be placed opposite each other too.

There's the visual in the manga

which is similar to what I though of how the multiverse was supposed to be when I was a kid: the universes lined up just to the side of the other.

And it appears there are 4 galaxies in most of them... like people have been saying.

I only see three nondescript swirly things in the two front universes. And the universes are in globes, we're only seeing the face of the circle.
