Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.
Considering Saiyans are a warrior race, I do believe that their growth in terms muscle is greater than that of the average human. I mean, a Saiyan's body is effectively made for fighting, so I would imagine their biology and physiology is more accustomed to more rapid increases in the improvement of physical condition.

I still haven’t lived down going, “Who the heck is Tao Pai-pai?” that one time I was talking with Ei’ichiro Oda-kun. But the fact that there are still people reading the series after all this time… All I can say is; “thank you.” Really, that’s all.

And that you also have IMMENSELY skewed and comically backwards priorities in what you think is most important and needed to make a good Dragon Ball story.

Well, thats proly vegeta stating that saiyans heal quicker to zarbon when he broke out of the healing pod.So yes that is true.
now to muscles, well tbh i dont think so.Its proly due to their high metabolism that they can maintain to be so fit if they would not have trained, compared to humans.
Makes u wonder why that guy from bardock special was fat, when such a thing with their very fast metabolism should be impossible, considering saiyans r a warrior race so they would be more prone to staying fit for combat compared to humans.
