Removal of Freeza's 100% form in the Movie/Anime?

How do you feel about the removal of Freeza's 100% form from the Resurrection F movie and Dragon Ball Super Anime?

I really don't like it as the form itself is very iconic, imposing and powerful looking and without it Freeza looks so skinny/unimposing. Freeza has always been my favorite character from Dragon Ball and as a kid, back in the 90's when he first achieved on Namek, I thought now that smug SSJ Goku's going to get it. I knew he would lose in the end, but he was now in a desperate struggle and each blow he landed felt well earned.

Overall though, and correct me if I am wrong, but isn't Freeza's 100% form the only canon increased muscle mass form to not have decreased speed and movement? Cell, Buu and even the Super Saiyans all have forms that increase their muscle mass, but all also decrease their mobility.

His speed could very well have decreased just like the examples you mention, however if his power to speed ratio was already greater than other races in his puny form, then maybe it didn't make him so slow he couldn't fight Goku.

He bulked out because of the stress it took to reach his full power, as he had never worked to control it. After his training post resurrection, it served absolutely zero purpose. He was able to utilize his full power without the increase in muscle mass. So good riddance.

Just like Goku said, Frieza's peak (100% state) also burned him out, which most likely referred to his stamina

Decreased stamina overall reduced his speed, strength & agility/reflex

On topic: I felt the form was garbage

Frieza was iconic in his sleek form. Not like a raging bull

However, I felt his 100% state have clearly been forgotten by general fans (just like how Broly has normal SSJ form as seen in M10, or there used to Buutenks & Buuhan) given how even Heroes didnt get its hands on

Felt this bulky form should've be seen in brief stomp against Gohan in Fusion Reborn.

Bingo. Freeza basically achieved the equivalent of Full Powered Super Saiyan and was able to tap into the all the strength that came with his 100% form without having to burn through his ki and stamina. There is reason Freeza is a prodigy.
