Slice of life is "everyday situations"; like the "Vegeta family vacation" episode.
Imo if I had to name which eps have aired so far that I think of as slice of life:
1, 2, 15, 16, 17, 18.
On hiatus.

Basically little to no combat or fighting. For example one episode is entirely based on Bulma, Trunks, and Vegeta going to a theme park (playing on Vegeta's line to Trunks in the Buu arc) and its all about them just spending a day there seeing whats to see. Another episode is about aliens hearing someone stopped Beerus which leads Mr. Satan taking the credit and fabricating a story about how he won. Goku eventually shows up and it leads to one of the funniest moments in any DB series.

In short, the slice of life stuff for me is the best part of Super and Id love to have the whole series like it.

I would love to see that carnival episode I always wanted to see more focus on Vegetas family especially his relationship with Bulma. Its also cool that they played on that line from Vegeta and Trunks thats good attention to detail and a nice way to show the familys progress. Its nice that Vegetas finally happy.
