It seems and I guess especially if you watch the Japanese version (idk) that if you hit Broly with enough impact, hit him where it hurts then basically he just becomes a ki bomb since he is 'overflowing' with ki.

Yeah, I agree. It seems like the only logical conclusion you can come to, based on him just randomly exploding

I remember there was this rumour or fan theory not too long ago that Goku punched Broly in the same exact spot in his chest where he was stabbed as a baby by King Vegeta and when Goku punched in in that same spot it cause the wound to reopen and tear through Broly.

That's exactly what I've always thought and in the 2nd movie he has a visible scar on his chest where he exploded. There should have been a scar from the stabbing in the first movie, but it was absent causing confusion. They could have added the "hit him in his weak spot" in the first movie if a scar was there and it'd probably made more sense.Lord Beerus wrote:I remember there was this rumour or fan theory not too long ago that Goku punched Broly in the same exact spot in his chest where he was stabbed as a baby by King Vegeta and when Goku punched in in that same spot it cause the wound to reopen and tear through Broly.

What's even less explainable is that you can still see the wound in the 2nd Broly movie and it looks healed. So, either Broly can heal himself or he just didn't exploded at all...

Re: What do you think of Broly's weakness?
His weaknesses are that he seems to rely on his LSSJ form to make up for his overall lack of training and that he fights almost entirely on instinct in LSSJ. Sure in some cases he's shown to be fully cognizant in LSSJ but he definitely seems to let his higher thoughts take a back seat to his battle instincts and just fights like a wild animal. This will probably lead him to either punching above his weight class or just tiring himself out if his opponent can avoid him long enough.
The biggest issue is that Broly doesn't really have many physical weaknesses other then his old stab wound. He seems to have an extremely high durability compared to others and his LSSJ form seems to have all the power benefits of SSJ grade 3 with none of the speed or agility drawbacks.
Overall the best way to take the big guy down is just rope a dope him till he's tired and then go for a big hit to his old wound. Pop goes the Broly. Or if you feel confident, rush him, fight him in his Base or SSJ form and don't let him ascend to LSSJ.

Going on hiatus. Too much stuff in RL to deal with for me to keep up with posts here for now. Was fun, hope you all have a nice day and future! Volt signing off.
