What all do you think he's capable of?

As a fused being, he's a Kaioshin and a mysterious witch.

The witch granted him dormant power withdraw abilities.

Is it possible she granted him some sort of teleportation?
Do you remember if anything was ever said, in the manga, about him NOT being able to help them travel to Namek or something?

The reason I ask is because the only way to travel to the Kaioshin Realm is teleportation.

There are many ways the witch could have traveled there, but I'd like to place teleportation first on the list, whether that's from her doing it herself or someone/thing sending her there.

What do you think about all this?

I think the answer to that can be found as easily as looking at the Supreme Kai. Prior to fusing with Kibito, his only method of getting to and from the World of the Kais was Kibito's assistance.

So I would just assume that the Elder Supreme Kai had an assistant of his own way back when.

There's nothing stated or shown within the manga that he was on Kaioushin-sei when the witch fused with him. While the anime painted the picture that it was likely Kaioushin-sei, given how similar the planet looked to it, in the manga there's really nothing to go on.

The bottom panel is literally the only time in the manga that the old witch is shown, and as you can see, the background is blank, leaving us with no context clues as to where the two were or anything like that.
