Akira Toriyama himself said, SSG Goku is a 6, Beerus is 10 and Whis is 15.
SSjG Goku equal to 60% Beerus, thus making SSjG 24,000x Base Power, but Goku would have needed to be 40,000x Base to match 100% Beerus.
Saiyan Beyond God = Super Saiyan God
SSjGSSj is stated to still be weaker than 100% Beerus.
