Discussion regarding the entirety of the franchise in a general (meta) sense, including such aspects as: production, trends, merchandise, fan culture, and more.

I don't know if anyone has brought this up but I went to Funimation's DBZ site and where they had the first 13 movies, they only have the DVD 4-5 packs but not the Blu-Ray double features. I also noticed nothing for the Bardock/Trunks Specials. Could Funimation be planning a re-release of the movies like they did with the TV series?

The "Double Features" came out in 2008-2009 on both DVD and Blu-ray.

The three DVD set packs came out in 2011-2012 on DVD-only. They're just the "Double Feature" versions compiled together into boxes.

I wouldn't necessarily read into anything right now. It certainly makes sense to think about a movies Blu-ray re-release after four years, sure, I guess.
