• This 3-Pack boxset is the original unfiltered release that contains Japanese credits without any trace of the English ones (I always watched it in Japanese so possibly it does have whilst watching with the English dub). The outer box looks great and strong enough to carry the 3 DVDs inside like it should. Due to only featuring the first three films, the fourth one has to be purchased separately.
• The Japanese audio on Movie 4 sounds rather very good, I might add.

• I can't honestly explain the situation behind the remastered set too clearly, basically some have Japanese credits whereas others have English translated credits and so on. Personally, I'm happy with the original unfiltered release. And from what I can remember, is that the picture on these are oversaturated, with crushed blacks and as such, lots of details were lost in the process.

• Note 2: Sadly the much beloved Ocean Dub never dubbed the films 4-13 or the two TV-Specials but what we got was still just as damn pleasing and the first three DBZ films are my favourites so I suppose it's all right. Would have been pretty epic to see how an Ocean Dub of "Wrath of the Dragon" would have been like, though.

• All 13 films are fully in fullscreen aspect ratio and with dual Japanese/English credits (depending on which one of the languages you choose to watch with).
• The Japanese audio track on Movie 13 sounds very clean and crisp (but not stereo) although on the Double Features' release it's muffled by god knows why.
