Best Villain Moment

For me, I give the title of "Best Villain Moment" to Piccolo Daimao, when he takes over the world. He gives his speech about how he's not going to enslave the people, but 'set them free' by abolishing justice and peace. Then he goes on about the World Lottery and how he'll destroy a different part of the world each year.

"Just think--the luckiest among you will get to live 43 years!"

But have also liked others very much, as:
Taopaipai first appearence. F*cking awsome.

Freeza in his first form (seemed really evil and wicked, yet diplomatic)

I think Cell's first appearance. I mean, you already have these three HUGELY powerful androids and all of a sudden this new monster shows up. I just love the look on Piccolo's face through this scene.

Freeza revealing that he has two more transformations left, and the heroes freeze in terror. Frickin' badass. Freeza impaling Kuririn. Really unexpected and scary. Cell coming up behind #17 in that pants-wetting, seat-gripping way. Vegeta, after he's been hit with the Genki-Dama, vowing to get rest and then coming to destroy Earth. Reeeaaaly badass and blood-freezing.

Hmm... I say Fat Buu's first appearance. Everyone is expecting this montrous, gruesome-looking, evil creature, and suddenly a big fat pink thing appears. Not dramatic or horrific, but just as much of a moment.

I'll edit in more later if/when I think of 'em.

Seeing Raditz floor Goku before taking off with his son

Freeza and his men raiding a Namekian village, as well as killing Kuririn

Fat Boo's first appearence, and the moments in GT with Bebi and Bulma.

Cell surviving Goku's sacrifice was bad ass. I really liked how that played out but the biggest and baddest villian moment would have to be Black killing Commander Red after learning his true plans. It's so unexpected and it really gives off a real contrast to the light-hearted "gitty-ness" of the previous episodes. Unexpected equals unbelievable in the DragonBall world.

Vegeta coming after Gohan after he figured out that he had the dragonball.

Ocean dub: "I'LL GET YOUUUUUU!, YOU WON'T ESCAPE MY WRATH!!!!!!"

Also, the fact that Kid Buu can learn any attack after viewing it.

When Boo splits, we get this Evil side...who immediately overkills that one guy, like...like a train versus an ant. Then he pwns the innocent Boo, absorbs him, kills the other guy in the most creative death scene ever, shoots off to the Heavenly Palace, and just keeps being the biggest B.A.M.F. until the door to the Room of Spirit and Time is blown up, at which point he turns into the funniest B.A.M.F. of all time.

Piccolo - "Now we're trapped in here forever!"
Boo - "Do...do you have...any snacks...?!" (facial expression of pure horror)

Also when he absorbs Super Gotenks and Piccolo...he pwns Gohan just with the way he talks, and when the fighting starts...I get really torn because I love Gohan, but I love that Majin Boo.

Hmm, Cell's first appearance was a good one, but then this is one that actually scared me:

Super Buu blowing himself up, ending the first round of his fight with Gohan. In the manga, it's not so bad, but in the anime, he's freaking scary!

I don't like Super Buu in that form.

Vegeta's Japanese speech about how much better he is than Goku.

I also like the first few episodes with Perfect Cell. How he just stood there as Trunks and Kuririn helplessly whaled on him with no effect was perfect.

My all-time favorite villain moment is from the Ocean dub (even though I prefer the FUNi dub) during the Goku/Vegeta battle. Vegeta after getting slammed into a cliff is PISSED OFF and Brian Drummond does this excellent read: "I don't need this stinking planet! I'll just use my Galick Gun and blow the whole thing up!!! *cue insane maniacal laughter* YOU HERE ME, KAKKAROT? YOU'RE FINIIIIISHED!!!"

That's the first time in the series, I thought "Damn! That guy's f**king EVIL!"

I say when 1st stage cell shows up during the 17/Piccolo fight and blows a hole in Piccolo. When I first saw that I was in shock. It was only a few episodes later they were going toe to toe. My first reaction was how the hell did that happen.

I love the moment, when Cell appears on T.V and announces the Cell Games. Then he blows up the entire city. All the Z fighters were waiting for Cell to appear and he finally does and its like BOOM.

I gotta agree with that one! He really did look scary and insane!

Brr.

I also gotta agree with everyone on the Vegeta/Goku moment, with that he wanted to blow up Earth.

I also gotta say that a good villian moment was after Freeza appeared to have survived the Genki Dama.
