I've always wondered what does Gohan's symbol (the one that we see on the first few episodes of DBZ) means. I would really appreciate it if someone would tell me.
For those of you who don't know, it's this symbol:
Thank you in advance.

A bit off topic- they have DBZ in Israel?
I've always been told it means youth, but I doubt it nowadays.

It's the symbol "Son" as in Son Gohan and Son Goku, as far as I know. I'm basing this off from what I see in my Manga guides, even though I have no idea how to read Japanese.

Thanks for all of your replies.
Cyberman: Yeah, we do have DBZ/DBGT in Israel, but with lame Hebrew dubbing, although I think it's more accurate than the American one.
