How strong do you think Goku's base is (in Super)

There's been speculation before Super and before BoG if End of Z base Goku is equal to Final Form Freeza in Namek. After his God transformation in BoG/Arc 1, and his base fight against a stronger Final Form Freeza in RoF/Arc 2, I think it's safe to say that Goku now wouldn't need basic Super Saiyan to take out Final Form Freeza in the Namek Saga.

Beerus said to Goku that he'd absorbed the power of Super Saiyan God when he reverted to Super Saiyan.

Going by the fight between Cabba and Vegeta turning into a Super Saiyan still makes them 50 times stronger.

So Goku in his base form should be 1/50th as strong as Super Saiyan God immediately after the BoG arc but he has trained and got stronger since then so he could be 1/25th as strong as Super Saiyan God or something.

Base Goku did pretty well with trained Frieza.

Base Goku can't be stronger then perhaps second form Cell or first form Cell.

-Base Vegeta had grown powerful enough to sense God Chi training with Whis, and Goku said Vegeta was as strong or stronger than himself.
-Base Vegeta easily dispatched of Ginyu, whom Gohan believed was equal to his Ultimate level.
-Gohan is quite sure his Ultimate state would be no match for First Form Freeza. Base Goku was equal to Final Form Freeza.
-Beers said both Base Goku and Vegeta were much stronger than before and challenged them.

I was throw off by you saying way above, it sounds like base is a bit above but not even X2 as powerful as SSJ3 which is what I expected

Well, Super Saiyan 3 Goku couldn't gauge the Gods, nor could the more powerful Rageta. Goku after absorbing the God Power grew powerful enough to sense the Gods. That doesn't sound like a small difference. He also destroyed Beers' God Meteor with his own power. What exactly does Base Goku need to do in order to establish a huge difference?

Do we know that being able to sense the Gods is tied to battle power, rather than something Whis trained them to better be able to do? Also, is it absolutely necessary that Gohan is talking about his Ultimate state when referring to how strong Tagoma must be?

Interesting question, Zephyr. Was it ever said that Kaio could specifically sense Beerus? If so, god ki may be just as separate a skill as Goten and learning Bukujutsu.

Whis said they've just reached a level where they could sense Gods. This was before Goku's training with Whis began, so it seems more likely he gained the ability after absorbing the God Power. It seems to be the only other way you can gauge Gods if you're not a God yourself.

Since we see that Base Gohan is nothing to Tagoma, and Gohan wants to do avoid turning Super Saiyan altogether, what else would "hiding power on par with my best" actually mean?

um actually it does base goku punching out beers energy ball and taking some hits from him while ssj3 goku who went toe to toe with kid buu couldn't do Jack shit to beerus we have no idea what toriyama has for eoz considering eoz was made before beerus,whis ssjgod golden freeza came to existence.

I thought Dende could sense them. Didn't Piccolo ask him directly?
