I'm curious as to which releases have the most frames and have the least amount, if any, of audio sync issues (pre-Kai of course). I'm under the impression that the Dragon Boxes, being a frame-by-frame restoration of a first generation source, have the most frames. However, I heard that the Funi Dragon Boxes, despite being second-gen, have slightly more, especially concerning the eye-catches and the NEPs. Also, I know that the Level sets are a multi-generational frame-by-frame remastering, and Kai is a first-gen realtime remastering.
As for audio, I read that the Dragon Boxes are slightly out of sync. Does this apply to both the Toei Dragon Boxes and the Funi Dragon Boxes? What about other releases from other companies, like the separate remastering undertaken by Funi and AB Groupe/Kaze/whatever-company-remastered-DB-in-France?

Your question about having the "most frames" doesn't really make any sense. Perhaps you're trying to ask which release has the most visual content that can be seen? As in, material that is not cropped off and the most has been scanned in from either/or the vertical and horizontal space from the film prints?
The Dragon Box sets are roughly 1-2 frames out of sync with the corresponding audio track. If you're not looking for it, and particularly if you're watching on a modern HDTV or computer monitor which inherently introduces its own lag to the mix, you'll never notice it. As the FUNimation sets are literally just reencodes of the Japanese version, the delay is identical.

If it helps, here's the audio sync timings for the Z Dragon Box:
1st number = PEP -> Eyecatch Delay
2nd number = Eyecatch -> Outro
3rd Number = NEP
You can make these changes in MPC and VLC on the fly.

That wasn't what I was asking about at all. I'm talking about literal missing frames, which may or may not cause audio sync issues (separate from the ones from the Dragon Boxes). Is that only for the Funi Dragon Boxes? Also, the question about audio sync in other Funi releases (like the Level sets and Season Blu-Rays) hasn't been answered...

Is there a list like this for the Dragon Ball (No Z) Dragon Box?
I've seen the list before, but I never tested it. It works pretty well actually. I use an AVISynth script to do it (I like to put the Next Episode Preview where it belongs as well by ripping the episode chapter by chapter from the discs)--
