Is there an english release of the Bardock special in 4:3?

Hey guys, I was in a store the other day and saw the Bardock and Trunks specials on Blu-Ray, but they were unfortunately in 16:9 which is a deal breaker for me. Is there any reasonably priced releases with the English subs? The Dragon Boxes don't seem to have these specials.

FUNimation's original DVD releases from 2000 and 2001 were 4:3 and subtitled. See the respective page of our "Home Video Guide" for more details.

If you're interested in owning it, I looked at Amazon and eBay. There are no new ones, but here are some of the DVDs that I found:

Just make sure that they say that they include the UNCUT version.

The release that has this cover is in 4:3 with two language options (dub and original Japanese version).
