Translation of the World and Universe maps in Daizenshuu #4?

I've seen a couple of these around the Net, but frankly, I don't trust any of them as they get basic facts wrong (such as saying Giran's village is actually the village of the "dinosaur that kidnapped Bulma").

Also, they tend to leave out some locations.

I have the book myself, but can't translate all of them. Anybody want to pitch in and help?
