Does Akira Toriyama supervise Dragon Ball Heroes?

I've always wondered if he is somehow involved with the character designs or something cause I know there's gotta be some control so they don't get too crazy and start making things like ssj 5 or something like that. I know Tadayoshi Yamamuro is the one that makes the new designs but I wanna know if they need Toriyama's approval to use those designs.

No idea. The only involvement we know for certain that he has had with the game is that he designed the first outfits for the Freeza Clansmen (which they oddly didn't advertise at the time).
