It's as the title says, Dragon Ball is getting limited edition Ukiyo-e woodblock prints.
Beloved series Dragon Ball is receiving quite the honor with the release of these limited edition Ukiyo-e woodblock prints. Hobby Stock, which sells a variety of anime goods, is releasing the "Ukiyo-e Woodblock Prints Dragon Ball Ryu-dama Picture Scroll," featuring an image based on the manga's first volume. This product is limited to just 200 prints, available at the price of US$450 (45,000 yen) each.

Ukiyo-e woodblock printing is one of the historic Japanese traditional arts that has been passed down through craftsmen for over 400 years from the Edo period. These completely hand-made Goku prints are carved and printed using the Ukiyo-e technique on Echizen-style high quality, handmade Japanese paper.
