Funky. Always like it as a theme song. Nice to see the actual performance, but...

...It's a dude singing it? That's a shocker for me.

Indeed. Field of View are a rock trio, and they are all guys. Perhaps the female backing vocals during the chorus threw you off?

Anyway, quite a generic PV, though it was still awsome to finally see it. Great find. :)

EDIT: Incidentally, here it is on Youtube with some user comments under it.

EDIT #2: Can anyone confirm exactly what this is?

I don't know about you guys, but that video looks so out of place from that song.

Wow, that DEEN performance is awesome, and I always used to think DAN DAN Kokoro Hikarete ’ku was done by a woman aswell, until my friend told me it was done by guys. :P

Are there more videos like this? I'd love to see songs like Cha-La Head-Cha-La live in concert (with video, not just audio).

If you search for Kageyama Hironobu on YouTube, you get several live performances of Kageyama DBZ songs, mostly from concerts at Portugese/Brazilian/Spanish anime cons. They have lot's of these concerts it seems (I've been watching them lately :P)

(Go watch the awesome "Pegasus Fantasy" (Saint Seiya) cover by Masaaki Endou!)

That would be the PV for "Don't You See" by Zard. I don't know why it is so many J-pop/rock videos show shots of New York with only briefs shots of the artists.....very strange phenomenon that....

I find it really odd that people here thought the singer in Field of View was a female. To me, he doesn't sound at all feminine. :? Are you guys sure you haven't heard the version done by Zard and maybe mixed it up? She did a version too since she originally wrote the song.
Jerseymilk: "Can I tell you something?"
B-kun: "What?"
Jerseymilk: "I see Fangirls."

I would've enjoyed it more hadn't the sound kept going in and out of sync.

Don't You See!, one of my favorite GT songs. Although short, this one matches better with the live action sequence. :)

I can't see how anyone could think it's a woman, either.
Where's the beef?

 Dan Dan's sung by a man?! HOLY CRAP!

Very good find...although I think Zard's version of Dan Dan is much better. :P
I really, really need to get back into the habit of posting.

Very strange, I thought it was rather obvious that the lead singer in "Field Of View" was male. I guess it makes sense since "DAN DAN" was also also performed by "Zard".

Are you guys nuts? I should be obvious just hearing it that Dan Dan was sung by a man. :/

Haha, I know, when I told my friend that I thought it was done by a woman she couldn't believe me either. It's nice to know that I wasn't the only one thinking it. :P

None from Portugal, unfortunately.

Kinda off topic but is Hironobu Kageyama a friend of Masaaki Endou?
Also are they the same group of vocalists that worked on the Sonic X Opening?

Yeah, they're friends, they did a concert together, both are anison singers and they're both members of the awesome JAM Project.

So were the songs originally intended for Dragonball GT or did they just buy the rights? :?

No, Toei bought the rights for the GT opening and ending themes.

I have to say, that PV was strange. I've always assumed the lead singer in FIELD OF VIEW was a guy. But ti's still freaky!

Interestingly, this was posted a few months in the forums (with better quality), but basically, this is Hironobu Kageyama performing CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA...live
