Time Travel Dangers

Well with all the warnings that Beerus and Whis gave in the anime, and the recently leaked manga chapter, having Jaco and Kid Trunks teacher mentioning, the dangers of timeline splits and time travel being illegal. What do you think will happen later. Future Trunks presumably already started a split, by coming to the past again, so like in original Android Saga, there already at least two timelines now the original where Future Trunks never appeared, and the new split created where he did, and changing things by taken Goku and Vegeta and whom ever else to his timelines future, creating a timeline where Goku and Vegeta were gone, where I bet something bad happens and they weren't present to stop like they would've been in the original timeline. Think of it like the TMNT 2003 episode "Same as it never was" where Donatello got sent to timeline where he disappeared and with him gone the turtles weren't at full strength and Shredder managed to defeat them time and time again, resulting in the deaths of Splinter and Casey, Leonardo being scarred, Raphael losing a eye, Mikey losing an arm, the group breaking apart and Shredder slowly taking over the world.

I don't think Trunks coming to the Super era has created another timeline. I'd like to think that as soon as a link is established between the timelines travelling back and forth between the two does not create more timelines, as long as you don't go further back in time in the designated timeline.
