If Freeza came back one more time...
If Freeza came back one more time...
I don't think Freeza got the ending he needed in Super or the movie, it was almost like he was just brought back to give a middle finger to the already demolished power scale and what bit of in-universe sense that was left one could make of it. (4 months thing) Anyways, would you be against a 3rd Freeza revival if it were actually Goku that wished him back to life? I'd be against it if it were some bad guy reviving him for evil like in the Golden Freeza saga.
I think it'd be neat if Freeza were revived by Goku and cast because they needed his help against Black for example. Freeza would probably agree if he had Beerus hovering over him, plus the thought of he kills Goku now, Black will just kill him later because he couldn't do it by himself. I think he could pull a Vegeta by saying, once we finish him, I'm going to finish you Goku or something along the lines of that. At the end of the arc, they could fight, but instead of killing Freeza he decides to leave Earth and to get stronger and try later, though he just ends up getting pulled back for help every time a stronger foe appears.
It'd basically be a mix between Tarble and Vegeta where he'd be brought back to Earth when the plot demanded it and he'd eventually except he couldn't kill Goku. I think wagers between Goku and Freeza of if Goku looses he becomes Freeza's slave (Which is motivation for Freeza becoming stronger) would be up Super's ally. It'd keep Freeza around, give him character development and give Goku a new rival. (Goku would never loose like he doesn't to Vegeta) The reason I say Freeza is because I couldn't see Cell doing any of this, and Boo's just going to blow everything up.
I think the Champa arc tournament would have been a good opportunity to revive Freeza for help, but it was too soon because he just died. What do you guy's think?

Re: If Freeza came back one more time...
I loved Freeza on Namek, I loved seeing Vegeta beating him to the ground in RF but at this point I think it'll be overkill to bring him back AGAIN.
He came back after Namek and got killed.
He tried to escape hell in a filler arc and got beat.
He came back in movie 12 and got beat.
He came back in GT and got beat.
He came back in Super and got beat and killed.
I think it's time to let him suffer in peace and focus on new characters.

Well, in one way or another, we can say that Freeza came back as Frost now, and we are sure Frost will continue appearing in the series.

On a serious note, I don't think Freeza really has anything of real value to contribute to the plot anymore. I mean, Mecha Freeza was something I never likde to begin with, and when I heard that Freeza would be coming back again in ROF, I was really sceptical about the prospect of seeing Freeza again. Because what really can Freeza do that he hasn't done before other than fighting Goku and/or Vegeta? And low and behold, that's exactly what he did in the movie. That's really the epitome of how much impact Freeza could have on the plot if he was brought back to life. And it would same case if he would brought again in the Champa arc. Because there is no way he would ever want to work together with the heroes. Freeza is just too damn petty, stubborn and full of himself to do anything even remotely like that.

At this point I'd rather see Frost come back than see freeza get beat up for shits and giggles again. I know they're basically the same guy, but still, I was kinda bummed about that. They can do something different with frost if they wanted a freeza like character to reappear for any reason.

If they bring him back they'll probably give him a golden form and have Cabba and/or Vegeta kick his sorry behind so hopefully he'll stays in U6 and never show up again.Boo Machine wrote:I mean, Hopfully they would do something different...

I just want the series to have a recurring villain, and Freeza is the only one really qualified.

Diamond Frieza.
Or something stronger than gold or something with metal variant.

Freeza is pretty much done for good. ROF was made to show that Freeza can never beat Goku no matter hard he tries. I like that ROF give us a more serious return for Freeza, but I don't think anything else can be done for Freeza. Let him rest in Hell.

He gets a shotgun blast to the head that kills him, with Farmer yelling "JUST STAY FUCKING DEAD ALREADY!"
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

A recurring villain sounds pretty neat. Especially if it had been Freeza. But this far into the series I don't think that happening. Freeza for not.

Had he not died, Crane Hermit would be a humorous or serious recurring antagonist, especially given that he embraces martial arts with assassination in mind.
Re: If Freeza came back one more time...
I think Freeza got the ending he needed when he came back the first time partially rebuilt as a cyborg and got chopped up by Future Trunks to kick off that arc.
Super Saiyan Blue is not a creative color.
DBZ Movie 3 told a stronger and more believable "Evil Goku" story in 60 minutes than Dragon Ball Super has in 20 episodes. And it did it with better visuals and score.

Re: If Freeza came back one more time...
I highly doubt we'll ever see him return again, unless it's for a gag scene. He could show up again with a new Platinum Freeza form, and SSB Gotenks can one shot him.
Re: If Freeza came back one more time...
I think it was made to show Goku and Vegeta's weaknesses cause although they were extremely strong, Freeza still found a way to get the upper hand on both of them but failed in the end due to Whis stepping in which wasn't fair to him.Hellspawn28 wrote:ROF was made to show that Freeza can never beat Goku no matter hard he tries.

He'll probably just be a gag character from now on.
Re: If Freeza came back one more time...
There is pretty much only one condition I would accept seeing Frieza return and that's in a Xenoverse/time patrol type scenario. Like a world where Frieza came back, defeated SSB Vegeta and Goku and continued on his universal rampage to the point where he could challenge Beerus and Whis. I mean, just imagine a Frieza who had been training for years with Demigra in the crack of time! Bringing Frieza back for just that was such a waste and then the frost clone who turned out to not actually be good was even more of a waste

I wouldn't mind another member of Freeza's race being introduced as long as they are not a carbon copy of Freeza in terms of looks and personality.
I think I had enough of Freeza to last 2 lifetimes my friend, or any member of his race being introduced as evil (Frost). Let him stay in Hell where he gets bombarded by fairies day and night.

Don't forget the Plan to Destroy All Saiyans movie where Freeza made an appearance along with other movie villains. (I know they were fake, but an appearance nonetheless).sintzu wrote:I loved Freeza on Namek, I loved seeing Vegeta beating him to the ground in RF but at this point I think it'll be overkill to bring him back AGAIN.

Re: If Freeza came back one more time...
I mean this concept alone of a Frieza clone is sooooooooo much better and Badass then what we got with either Frieza's return or Frost.
I would love love love, a rogue Frieza clone fighter who has been excelled by his race due to being "good" or at least neutral and having more a Hit type personality.

Are we sure about that though?? He could be just like all the other tournament characters in the past. One and done appearanceAlee9977 wrote:Well, in one way or another, we can say that Freeza came back as Frost now, and we are sure Frost will continue appearing in the series.
