Theory: Future Trunks will want a kid
I was thinking that based on the way things keep happening in the future timeline and how it appears they are spread apart by decades, after this arc is over, Trunks might want to have a kid to pass down his Saiyan genes and teach them in the ways of fighting so that they may protect the Earth. Does anyone else see him doing this?

I think she'll still be around unless the script has her get sacrificed to push Trunks over the edge to transform into a SSGSS.

Seriously though I could see it ending with him starting a family/having a kid. I could even see him naming it Gohan.

Further proof of this theory is the fact the Future Mai is still alive. I have a good feeling when the Future Trunks arc concludes, her and Future Trunks will want to settle down and start a family.

Been wondering what possible names would it be if F Trunks and F Mai have a kid.
Would it follow the usual combination of naming pattern?
Trunks -> Plant from Vegeta, Underwear from Bulma
Mai -> Shumai(chinese food) from combination of Shu and Mai
