Funimation Movies

I wanted to know if anyone had any information about the dragonball movies. By that i mean movie one, Curse of the blood rubies. Is it ever being released if it is then when, or will it not see a release. If anyone knows anything about it could you help out?

I know it's there somewhere...but I'm too preoccupied to look at the moment...
