Dragon Ball Xenoverse; Mentor's Racial Dialog

So a few months back, I wanted to see all of the mentor's racial dialog when you speak to them in the hub world. When I'd look, it seemed it wasn't ever really recorded, since I never found a complete collection of their lines.

It was sorta disappointing. Then I figured out that when, say, Piccolo is talking about how your character is a Saiyan, all you have to do is switch to a Human and you'll get his dialog for Humans. You'll be able to get all his racial dialog. Then look for another mentor, become their student, talk to them, and they'll pretty much start where your last mentor was. Don't go on any missions and everyone should be on the subject of your CAC's race.


Here you go, I'm pretty sure this is all of them. I fixed some of the grammar errors up and I made sure to make note of those improvements. If I made any typos feel free to tell me!

Beerus’ Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: I’m always surprised at Saiyan power levels. Goku and Vegeta weren’t bad. If you can keep up with my training, you’ll be equals with them. But that’s in the future.

Earthling: That’s right! I forgot something important! Sushi! I want to eat it right this time! After I’m done teaching you, I have to go to Earth!

Namekian: Hey, tell me. What do your people eat? What?! You survive only on water?! I was planning on eating my fill at your home. I changed my mind…

Frieza Clan: Frieza called himself the emperor of the universe. He must get great food. I’m expecting you to give me a feast. Right?

Majin: Looking at your face makes me crave pudding. I couldn’t eat any the other day… I want to eat some pudding with you and my friends[/spoiler]

Ginyu’s Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: Saiyans are warriors of the universe that crave bloodshed. Fighting strong enemies raises their power levels. If you want to be stronger, keep pushing your limits!

Earthling: Are Earthlings also warriors? As far as I know, your power levels aren’t that high. Are you a mutated elite warrior like me?

Namekian: There are many Nameks that hold grudges to Lord Frieza. But you came to the Ginyu Force to get stronger. Forget the past and focus on training. True power lies ahead of that!

Frieza Clan: Lord Frieza is the strongest in the Universe. That’s what I believe. With Lord Frieza’s clan in the Ginyu Force, we’ll be the strongest!

Majin: Majins? Never heard of them. The Ginyu force welcomes any race. But! Only if you’re strong. That is the minimum prerequisite![/spoiler]

Yamcha’s Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: Hey, we don’t *have full moons here, do we? You Saiyans are so scary when you go Great Ape.

Earthling: Saiyans and Nameks are strong, but Earthlings aren’t bad. Me, Tien, and Krillin. There’s also you.

Namekian: Nameks all have this scary face… Did I make you mad? Oh, I didn’t? Okay…

Frieza Clan: I still remember Frieza’s huge and evil ki. I was freaked out then… It’s fine for you to get stronger, but don’t turn into a villain.

Majin: Majins look stupid, but you have so many convenient powers. It’ll only be a little while that I can call myself your master.

Pan‘s Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: My Grandpa is a Saiyan. He’s really strong! I think you will become strong, too. I guarantee it!

Earthling: I went to a lot of planets, but earth is still my favorite! We have to become strong to protect our planet!

Namekian: I never went to planet Namek, but I hear it’s a beautiful planet. I want to travel space again.

Frieza Clan: Your kind invaded many planets, right? *I taught you a skill, so can I have a pretty planet? I guess not…

Majin: Grandpa Hercule has a friend like you. I always thought he looked funny, but I guess not.

* she said “I’ll teach you a skill,” but i changed it cause it bugged me.[/spoiler]

Krillin’s Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: You Saiyans are like impossible. You get stronger when you revive and you can turn Super Saiyan… You’re reassuring when you’re on my side though!

Earthling: I’m glad you’re an Earthling. If you’re a Super Saiyan or Namek, you’d get strong too fast. I wouldn’t be able to teach you at my own pace.

Namekian: When I fought on Namek, Guru brought out my inner power. You seem like you have lots of inner power, too. If only Grand Elder Guru was still here. You wanna get stronger on your own? That’s what Piccolo would say.

Frieza Clan: The first time I saw you, I freaked out. Frieza caused a lot of trouble for us. But looking at you, I get why he was so strong.

Majin: You’re with Majin Buu, right? I wonder if I should be teaching you. I didn’t see much, but I heard you guys are terrible. Haha, don’t worry. I trust you.[/spoiler]

Goku’s Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: I’m supposed to have come from Planet Vegeta and sent to Earth. But because Grandpa Gohan raised me, I didn’t turn out bad. I think you’ll grow up to be an upstanding person, too.

Earthling: My best friend Krillin is an Earthling and he trains a whole lot. You should be like him and get even stronger than Saiyans.

Namekian: I thought Piccolo was the only Namek that could fight. Strong guys like you really exist.

Frieza Clan: Frieza was really strong. You were watching our fight, right? His brother was strong, too. Your whole family is amazing. I have high hopes for you, so I hope you’ll be stronger than them.

Majin: Majin Buu was dangerous. I fought him with Vegeta, but we couldn’t win. You should get as strong as him. Let’s fight when that happens![/spoiler]

Gotenks Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: Saiyans become Great Apes when they see the full moon! Speaking of which, I don’t have a tail. I wish I could become a Great Ape.

Earthling: We have Earthling blood in us, too. Wait, that means… Trunks and Goten are half, so we’re a quarter? Wait, or still half? Haha! yeah, it’s half. Math has nothing to do with fighting!

Namekian: Can Nameks stretch body parts like their necks and torsos?! oh, you didn’t try. I guess so… It would be fun if you could surprise the enemy like that.

Frieza Clan: You people *were all evil back in the day, right? It’s exciting when the bad guy joins you!

Majin: I knew you looked familiar! You’re related to Majin Buu! I didn’t think there was any more of him. He’s really strong. Even though I’d win if we fought now!

Android 18 Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: I thought Saiyans were all talk. But they keep getting stronger so I’m pleasantly surprised. If you’re a Saiyan, surprise me, too.

Earthling: I used to be a regular human. Just like you. I don’t need your sympathy. I’m having a lot of fun right now.

Namekian: Can you make Dragon Balls? Oh. you can’t. Too bad. No, it’s nothing. If you did, I thought that I could make money easily.

Frieza Clan: I don’t know about Frieza, but I heard he’s pretty evil. I heard he was also good at business. Oh, you don’t know? Too bad.

Majin: Majins can turn people into candy with their strange magic, right? They’re so mysterious. Even if you have the same power, don’t go around using it.[/spoiler]

Elder Kai Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: I heard you Saiyans love to battle, but you have to control yourselves a bit more! Look at Goku and Vegeta! Despite having a battle determining the fate of the world, they still want a one-on-one battle… They even did rock-paper-scissors to figure out who fights first! They’re the universe’s ultimate battle blockheads! You better make sure you don’t become like them!

Earthling: Earthlings are very unique in that there’s a great rift between the weak and the strong… Most are so weak that just a slight poke could kill them…… But there are others like yourself, who can face off against even Saiyans and Namekians! Then again, there are others who are amazingly weak, but could still save the universe like some self-professed world champion. I admit, I never have a dull time observing you Earthlings.

Namekian: I heard the Namekians spread across various planets with the supernatural weather that struck from ago. But to see a Namekian create Dragon Balls on their planet they arrived on is rather rare. If not, there would be Dragon Balls all over the place.

Frieza Clan: That suit you have on… Looks like you’re from Frieza’s clan. From what I heard, it looks like they were causing trouble while I was sealed away. Seems as if they settled down now. That’s very good of them.

Majin: So you’re an existence from Majin Buu’s repeated fissions, right? Being that I know the evil side of Majin Buu, seeing you keep peace feels weird to me. Well, you aren’t Majin Buu already, and you have your own will, so I guess that shouldn’t be odd. On the other hand, it looks like Majin Buu isn’t like before already… What a weird change in scenes…[/spoiler]

Frieza’s Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: I lost because I underestimated the Saiyans. Hehehe… I will not repeat the same mistake. I will train you as my strongest underling and have you fight with me.

Earthling: Earthlings… Oh, that trash. You’re an Earthling, too… You’re different. Among the other trash, I picked you and am personally training you.

Namekian: Someday, I will wish for eternal life and youth again with *the Dragon Balls. You will fight as my right hand person then. You may have to fight your own people though.

Frieza Clan: Looking at you reassures me. You’re one of the few survivors of my people. Hehehe… Yes… we shall rebuild our clan.

Majin: Your race has amazing power… All that power without transforming… It’s quite attractive to me. Please use your power for my sake.

Cell’s Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: I have an aggressive side to me. It seems to be an effect of the cells of Saiyans. Thanks to you, it’s difficult to suppress my aggression.

Earthling: I have taken the life energy of many earthlings until I became this form. If you were around, maybe there wouldn’t have been as many victims. Hehehe…

Namekian: Your clan has surprising powers. Not only of your regenerative abilities, I’m interested in your ability to fuse with one another to power up. Looking back, my ability to absorb may be based on Namek cells.

Frieza Clan: My body also has Frieza’s cells in it. Think of me as a distant relative of yours.

Majin: Speaking of which, I have no data on you Majin. But I’m in perfect form, so i have no need for your strength anymore. You dodged a bullet. Hehehehe…[/spoiler]

Gohan and Videl’s Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: (Gohan) *I was surprised when I found out you were a Saiyan. I thought Saiyans went extinct because of Frieza. But seeing you here makes me think there might be other survivors!

Earthling: (Videl) Looking at you, I feel that even Earthlings can do a lot. With so many amazing guys at Toki Toki City, just being is amazing.

Namekian: (Gohan) I fought at Namek before. But I couldn’t protect Planet Namek at my level. That’s why I want to train you so you can defend the New Namek.

Frieza Clan: (Gohan) I never thought I’d be the teacher of a member of Frieza’s clan. (Videl) Oh, Gohan. You know lots of aliens? You have a lot of friends.

Majin: (Gohan) You’re a Majin… No wonder you’re so strong. I’ll help you use your strength for good!

*he says “I’m Surprised” but I wanted to correct that[/spoiler]

Vegeta’s Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: Listen, Saiyans are the proud strongest race of warriors. I won’t allow fighting without the right mindset as the prince. If you are a Saiyan, aim for the top. Now hurry it up!

Earthling: Who would’ve thought I’d get an earthling student. Doesn’t feel half bad. ……………… When were you there?! Hurry up and go train!

Namekian: A Namek… You people are mysterious. I thought you were peaceful, but then there’s Piccolo. And you, too.

Frieza Clan: I hated Frieza, but you’re different. I know him well. looking at you makes me feel odd!

Majin: Kakarot made that kid called Uub his student. I’ll train you to be stronger than that Uub. Hehe… I’ll have you take my hard training for that.[/spoiler]

Tien’s Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: I was killed by Saiyans during the battle to defend Earth. And now I’m training with that Saiyan. The world works in strange ways.

Earthling: Having more warriors to defend Earth is always a good thing. Our planet is troubled with aliens, androids, Majins… You name it.

Namekian: Nameks all look alike. You have the face of my rival and my teacher. It feels complicated.

Frieza Clan: I didn’t think someone like you would be part of Frieza’s clan. Old enemies can turn into friends. The world isn’t such a bad place.

Majin: Majins have many powers regular humans don’t. But you must know how to use that power. Knowing yourself is a must.[/spoiler]

Mr. Satan’s/Hercule’s Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: Do you know about the guys that can turn their hair yellow? Don’t be friends with those swindlers. They use tricks and are an insult to martial arts.

Earthling: Stronger than a dinosaur, harder than steel, faster than a bullet… That’s me, Hercule! The strongest man in the world! If you’re born on earth, then you should aim to be as strong as me.

Namekian: You look pale. Are you okay? You *eat up and get some sleep! That’s part of your training!

Frieza Clan: I’ve always thought this, but you seem… Different. What country are you from?

Majin: Hmph. I’ve fought against the Majin Buu before. You are nothing… Hm? Speaking of which, you kind of look like Buu… A-are you… One of them?

Piccolo’s Racial Dialog
[spoiler]Saiyan: I hear all Saiyans are aggressive when it comes to fighting. But remember this. If you misuse your power, I will personally come to defeat you. You got that?

Earthling: Earthlings are a strange bunch. They are not aggressive and do not have bodies predisposed to battle. But on a rare occasion, your kind appears. It makes sense that I couldn’t take over the world that easily.

Namekian: Nameks were threatened with extinction. Warriors like you now exist. It’s reassuring. Grand Elder Guru would be proud.

Frieza Clan: So there are guys like you among Frieza’s clan. I suppose not all of you are bad. There were even some bad Nameks.

Majin: Looking at you reminds me of Majin Buu. I didn’t think that evil Majin would become one of us… Hmph… As the former Demon King, I shouldn’t be one to talk.[/spoiler]

Any favorite lines? I really like what Beerus says if you're a Majin; he could have very easily said something jerkish/petty about Buu stealing his pudding, but he actually said something unexpectedly cute and nice. And then what Vegeta says about his Human student is hilarious.

When I first read that quote, I thought Cell was implying that the Human CAC would have kicked his butt, which really confused me, considering how he is.
